CONNHUGH’s Playground organizes cohorts based on age and enrollment.

We always endeavour to support requests. Please share any requests for additional information on your registration form, which will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

You’ll need a reliable internet connection, a laptop, tablet or desktop with a webcam, and a quiet space for your child to participate.

We encourage all participants to have access to a laptop, tablet or desktop to fully enjoy CONNHUGH’s Playground experience.

Yes. You can purchase one CONNHUGH’s Playground or one CONNHUGH’s Playground Plus for your children ages 8 - 13. Please note that access to each session will be granted on one device.

Participants are welcome to come to CONNHUGH’s Playground at their convenience.

Each session will take place on Monday-Thursday, from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Although we understand that some participants may need to enroll later than the start date or end their CONNHUGH’s Playground experience earlier than the end date, the fee is the same for each season.

If you are having a technical issue, we hope to see you back online when it is resolved. If CONNHUGH’s Playground is having a technical issue, we will endeavour to alert you as soon as possible with further instructions.

Sessions are held via a secure video platform. After you register, you’ll receive clear instructions and a private link to join.

That’s okay! We create a warm, welcoming environment where kids can join in at their own pace. There is no pressure to speak on camera until they’re ready, but we are sure they will want to get engaged!

Caregivers are welcome to help children get set up and can be nearby, but we encourage space for kids to build independence and social confidence.

Children ages 8 - 13 at the time of registration can join CONNHUGH’s Playground.

CONNHUGH’s Playground designs a wide variety of fun and age-appropriate activities tailored to engage the participants.

Upon making your purchase, please refer to your welcome email for information on how to access CONNHUGH's Playground Plus benefits: the monthly cafe and the special-rate consultation.

The cafe is an optional monthly gathering for parents and caregivers to connect, hear from guest speakers, and reflect on parenting topics.
