CONNHUGH’s Playground Plus is a unique extension of our core program, designed not only to support children’s social and emotional growth but to uplift the parents and caregivers guiding them. While children engage in joyful, confidence-building activities led by compassionate leaders in CONNHUGH’s Playground, Playground Plus goes a step further, creating space for the whole family to feel connected, supported, and seen.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Each CONNHUGH’s Playground session is a lively, interactive online experience designed to help your child connect, grow, and have fun—all from the comfort of home.
Our sessions are thoughtfully designed and led by caring, trained facilitators who create an environment where kids can explore, share, and build lasting connections. Each gathering offers a mix of creative activities, playful challenges, and meaningful social interaction tailored to spark imagination and confidence.
Participants might dive into trivia games or custom challenges built around their interests, engage in lighthearted debates that get them thinking and laughing, or try out easygoing improv where they can perform anything from a favourite trick to a musical piece.
We create moments for sharing gratitude, open “What’s on Your Mind?” check-ins that encourage self-expression, and lively discussions using intriguing photo prompts. Kids also collaborate to solve puzzles, tackle virtual escape rooms, and co-create stories one sentence at a time, all while enjoying friendly icebreakers that help deepen the sense of community.

First, our monthly cafe brings adults together for reflective, community-building conversations and engaging sessions with guest speakers—honouring the essential voice of parents and caregivers in the global village. The cafe is a monthly online gathering exclusively for parents and caregivers of CONNHUGH’s Playground Plus participants—a space designed just for you to feel supported, heard, and connected.
Each cafe features inspiring guest speakers, thoughtful conversation, and space for reflection on the challenges and joys of raising children in today’s fast-paced, often disconnected world. From navigating screen time and supporting emotional growth to reimagining community in modern family life, topics are always practical, empowering, and grounded in compassion.
This is your time to pause, be in community with other caregivers who get it, and remember that you're not alone in this journey. Whether you're looking for new tools, meaningful dialogue, or simply a moment to feel seen, the cafe is a gentle reminder: you matter, too.
